Well, it’s been a very busy and exciting time for us here at Tasty Easy Healthy Green. We are please to announce that Graham, after several years of hard work, has completed his PhD! His official graduation took place this past weekend and we were lucky enough to be able to celebrate the occasion with several of our friends and family members.
While we had lots of fantastic restaurant and catered food this weekend, all of the festivities did not leave any time for cooking or blogging. I did, however, have some time to assemble two cheese plates for the celebration. These were super-easy to assemble and were much more budget-friendly than catered trays. To make the plates, we picked out a few good-looking cheeses and then I used a mixture of fresh and dried fruits, nuts, sliced bread, and crackers to garnish the trays. Hopefully you also have a reason to celebrate and will give these cheese plates a try sometime soon…

Fantastic! Congratulations to Graham!! That is such a huge milestone to reach
contrats Graham!

Congratualtions to Graham, completing a Phd really takes real time and dedication. My husband completed his last year after years of being delayed and knocked back due to family problems.
PS Is that a little heart I see in the cheese in the final phtotograph
