Great Valentine’s tradition! It’s great that you two have kept is going. When I was teaching, Bobby always made V-Day dinner. Now that I work from home, we usually make it together. It’s fun! How can you go wrong with a dish like this? I hope you made enough because I would have just made these the complete meal. So good!!!!

I like the concept of first baking the tofu. There is a guy that makes tofu here in Missouri out of organic soybeans (called MOFU…get it?) I have some of his tofu so I will be trying this recipe soon!

Love the sauces used for these wraps and that crispy lettuce around such fresh ingredients looks delicious! I could definitely eat a few of these. Good luck with your midterm!
